Administration

The administrative staff for SOP supports the daily operations, finances, reporting, planning, and maintenance of facilities.  Most of the SOP staff are directly involved with programs and the delivery of services hereby minimizing the overhead of the organization.

Mobile Outreach Services Team (MOST)

MOST is a team of skilled workers who reach out and work with the county's street homeless in an effort to help them gain access to services and/or begin the process of moving off the street.

I-HELP

I-HELP offers single men shelter, food and support though the continued support of over 60 congregations, and 650 volunteers, throughout Monterey County. I-HELP has never missed a night of offering services for the homeless in its 17+ years of operation.

Hamilton Shelter - Seaside

A 16-bed, 30 to 60 day emergency shelter that offers women and children safety and assistance as they begin the rehabilitative process necessary to break the cycle of abuse and/or homelessness.

Natividad Shelter

A 24-bed, 30 to 60 day emergency shelter that offers women and children safety and assistance as they begin the rehabilitative process necessary to break the cycle of abuse and/or homelessness.

Homeward Bound Transitional Housing

This 18-month transitional living program provides a community setting for single men/women and children, and married couples with children, who are motivated to take an active step toward an independent, productive and violence-free life through employment and educational activities.

Men In Transition

The Men in Transition program provides 24 single occupancy rooms of transitional housing for men who are committed to an independent lifestyle.
