Family Helpline is a toll-free 24-hour, bilingual telephone
information and referral service that assists families in crisis in
gaining access to agencies and programs that best suit their pressing
needs.
We provide information and referrals for all residents of Monterey
County regarding:
- Emergency shelter and housing
- Domestic violence resources
- Food pantries
- Counseling
- Alcohol and drug programs
- Legal services
- Job training
- Citizenship
- Welfare services
- Immigration services
- Senior services
- Parenting resources
- Literacy Volunteering and Services - in partnership with the Community Foundation for Monterey County's Literacy Campaign
