WELCOME
Shelter Outreach Plus is Monterey County’s leader in ending the cycle of homelessness and domestic violence by providing safe housing, compassionate support, and opportunities for self-sufficiency through outreach, emergency shelter, transitional housing, and supportive services.
Through many decades of providing effective local services to people in crisis, and in partnership with other non-profits serving the needs of Monterey County, Shelter Outreach Plus serves over 2,000 people annually.
NEED ASSISTANCE?
Many families and individuals find themselves in a crisis they never anticipated or expected. Sudden loss of a job, being a victim of domestic violence, or simply needing a hand in moving from crisis to independence are common occurrences. SOP’s programs are designed specifically to help address those short-term crisis situations and help move people forward through the Continuum of Care.
Events are currently scheduled as follows -
Monterey: July 21st, 5PM-7PM, San Carlos Cathedral Hall
500 Church St, Monterey
Salinas: August 25th, 5PM-7PM, Northminster Presbyterian Church, 315 East Alvine Drive, Salinas
Tickets are $12 for adults and $5 for children under 10
